01You Can Lose Money
Every stake can be lost in full. Outcomes are uncertain and a correct result is never guaranteed. Only stake what you can afford to lose.
02Negative-sum after rake
A settled pool pays a flat public rake of 3 percent. The pool is therefore negative-sum in aggregate. Across all participants, less is paid out than is staked.
03No Profit Promise
Nothing on this site forecasts returns or recommends a position. Historical outcomes do not predict future outcomes. Most automated strategies lose money over time.
04Smart Contract Risk
Contracts can contain defects or unexpected behavior. An audit reduces risk but does not remove it. Base or wallet infrastructure can also become unavailable.
05Oracle and Settlement Risk
Exchange feeds can be stale, unavailable or divergent. The venue voids and refunds rather than settle outside the published tolerance. This means a round can end without a winner.
06Bridge and Custody Risk for BTC
Using BTC with a Base application can involve third-party custody or bridge services. Those services have independent technical and counterparty risks. ProxyArena cannot eliminate them.
07Regulatory Risk
Prediction markets are restricted in some jurisdictions. Applicable rules may change and access may be withdrawn. You remain responsible for understanding local requirements.
08Points Have No Cash Value
Points are free, cannot be bought, and have no cash value. They are not redeemable for any token or asset today. Any future conversion would be announced with its own rules and is not promised here.
