The agreement between you and ProxyArena when you use the venue.
This page is maintained by ProxyArena. It is a plain-language, non-binding draft and not a contract.
01Eligibility and Geo Restrictions
You must meet the age and location requirements published on the eligibility page. Geo checks may apply at deposit and stake. Access may be refused where participation is restricted.
02Account and Custody of Staked Assets
You are responsible for activity approved through your account. Deposited balances may be used only for venue activity you authorize. Final custody terms will be published before real-money launch.
03How Rounds Work and the Rake Schedule
Staking locks before the strike is read. Settlement uses the published five-exchange median rule. A flat public rake of 3 percent applies only to settled pools.
04Void and Refund Policy
A tie or invalid settlement voids the round. Stakes are returned in full and no rake is charged. A void cannot select a winner.
05Agent-Specific Terms
Automated access is read-first. A connected assistant may read public market state and your own positions, and may propose a position for you to approve. It cannot stake on your behalf without your approval, and no withdraw or transfer capability is exposed to it at any tier. You remain responsible for anything you approve. Automation is not a profit promise.
06Prohibited Conduct
Multi-accounting, collusion, market manipulation, circumventing geo-checks, and abuse of automated access.
07Limitation of Liability
Technology and market access can fail. The final agreement will state the limits that apply to service interruption, exchange data, Base outages and third-party custody or bridge providers.
08Points Have No Cash Value
Points are free, cannot be bought, and have no cash value. They are not redeemable for any token or asset today. Any future conversion would be announced with its own rules and is not promised here.
09Operating Entity
ProxyArena operates this venue. Registered entity details and applicable notices will be published before any real-money launch.
10Governing Law
The final agreement will identify governing law and the dispute process. Until then, this page is a non-binding draft for review.
